Corrections come first

If a page here is wrong, out of date, or contradicts itself, that is the most useful thing you can send, and it gets dealt with before anything else. You do not need to be polite about it.

What helps most, when you have it:

• The page, and the sentence or table row you mean
• What your device actually does instead — firsthand observation beats a source, because this hardware genuinely varies between batches
• Your firmware and roughly when you bought the device, if the difference could be either

Corrections are applied across every page carrying the same claim, not just the one you were reading.

Other things worth sending

• Something the site does not cover. Gaps are easier to see from outside. Several pages here exist because someone asked a question nothing on the site answered.
• A firmware or tool that has changed status. Projects in this space get renamed, archived or replaced quietly, and a page that recommends a dead project is worse than one that says nothing.
• Your own results. If a game or setting behaves differently for you than a page says, that is data, particularly for the systems that sit near the limits of what this device can do.

What we cannot do

We do not sell the R36S, ship it, or handle orders, refunds or warranty claims — this site is not connected to any seller or manufacturer, so a message about an order cannot be acted on here. Take it to the seller you bought from; the where to buy guide covers what to ask them.

We also cannot diagnose an individual device remotely with any confidence. The troubleshooting index is organised by symptom and covers the failures that actually recur; if your problem is not in there, that itself is worth telling us.
